Pay by PAYPAL without a paypal account, we will send you a payment button on completion of your enquiry, acceptance of proofs and finally our accepted invoice.

Privacy, Security and Confidentiality are important at Featherlite images. The following terms and conditions endeavour to make our website a safe place to trade, you should understand that by using our services you agree to the following.

1. Your contract is with Featherlite Images, (FI)

2. You agree that Email will be used as the standard means of communication.

3. F I -Do not store any credit card information.

4. Means of payment on line is through PAYPAL where by your order details and relevant costs are forwarded to you by Email with the addition of a PAYPAL button to be used as a registered Paypal user or by credit card, we do not see any transaction credit card details, these lie solely with paypal and your connection with them.

5. Your statutory rights are not affected, but otherwise all purchases are non exchangeable, non refundable and non transferable once the artwork has been approved and accepted.

6. F I - Cannot stop you from including unacceptable artwork or text in you order. F I reserves the right to refuse any order placed by you and to edit/omit artwork or to contact you for alternative artwork/text as it deems appropriate.



1. F I - aims to despatch your order as per your order specification agreed to on confirmation of order acceptance. 2. Delivery costs are shown on various items, where these are not indicated you must make yourself aware of these costs before committing to purchase.

As most F I products are personalised we can only accept returns of products in their original condition within 10 day's of despatch, at the discretion of our customer services manager provided that either the goods have been damaged in transit, or the goods suffer from a manufacturing defect.
